Seventeen years ago having neck and back pain due to scoliosis and arthritis I decided to try a Pilates Mat class. I was hooked! I can't say enough about the teaching technique that Janet is so gifted with. The results have been amazing for me. Every time I leave a session I am feeling taller and stronger and pain-free.

I met Janet 15 years ago. She was and remains not only a passionate teacher of Pilates but also a student.  Because of her energy and commitment to classical Pilates it draws you to want to do Pilates.  I always learn something new from Janet.
