MAT CLASS

This is an intermediate level class with modifications offered for different fitness levels or individual issues. This class will cover the Classical Pilates order of exercises and cover some modifications of the basic exercises and proper technique. Some experience is necessary however you will  be guided throughout the class under the watchful eye of Janet.

Pilates Practice at the Studio

MAT CLASS WITH MAGIC CIRCLE

This is an intermediate/advanced level class that provides a thorough workout for the mind and body.  Simply by introducing the use of the magic circle or a small ball it automatically becomes a more advanced mat class.  Some experience is definitely advisable here. The magic circle makes some exercises more challenging and others slightly easier.

MAT CLASS "CONTROLOGY"

This class is advanced and uses Joseph Pilate's original techniques in each exercise. Over the years for teaching purposes the exercises were changed or modified for the safety of newer students. You must have good control of your entire body for this class. Mind and body are at work at all times! From this class you will gain exciting insight into Joe's teaching methods and personality.
