Mat Class with Magic Circle

Service Description

Simply by introducing the use of the magic circle or a small ball it automatically becomes a more advanced mat class. Some experience is definitely advisable here. The magic circle makes some exercises more challenging and others slightly easier. The goal is always to gain a better connection through the core to produce movement which results in greater strength! Must be booked 24 hours before class.
